CMfgT & CMfgE Certification & Exam Information
CMfgE Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years of combined manufacturing-related education a
nd/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years of work experience or a CMfgT with a
minimum of 7 years of manufacturing-related work experience and/or education.
 
CMfgT Requirements
:
A minimum of 4 years combined manufacturing-related education and/or
work experience.


The exam preparation course is intended to provide a study schedule to help candidates
be successful passing either the Certified Manufacturing Technologist Exam or the Certified Manufacturing Engineer Exam.  The course requires several hours of study between the instructor-led sessions.

The certification exams will be proctored on site by the instructor at the end of the course.

Course Fee:  $450, which includes the primary participant study materials.  The SME Exam Fee
will be an additional $245 for SME members paid directly to SME International.
